SwarTrax is a double CD pack which contains Indian instruments patches in various formats (SoundFonts, Akai S1000, Giga Sampler…). These can then be loaded on specific hardware/software samplers or synthesizers. It contains a special Akai CD containing patches for all Swar Systems instruments.
SwarTrax, therefore, is more versatile solution that can be used with software samplers like EXS24, Halion, Kontakt, SampleTank, sampler keyboards like YAMAHA MOTIF, KORG TRITON etc.
Reason users can order a special version of SwarTrax, that contains Indian instruments patches in NN-XT format. There is also a special version of SwarTrax for MOTIF users, where the Akai CD is replaced with a CD containing Indian instruments patches in MOTIF compatible format.
