SwarShala can either be installed from the CD-ROM that comes with the packaged software or from the downloadable version available at www.swarsystems.com. In both the cases, during installation, an unlocking code / authorization code is required to unlock the software. This is only required for the first time when you install the software. The provided unlock code then remains in the computer and whenever the program runs, it checks for this license (code) in the computer.
In packaged version, unlocking code comes in the provided floppy disk. (Please note that some packages may not contain the floppy disc, in which case you can use the 'License through Code' option) Those who are using the downloaded version, can obtain the code from Swar Systems (email on: register@swarsystems.com) by providing their computer ID (a 10 digit number) that is displayed on the screen when you choose 'License through Code' option.
Please note that the software opens in a "demo" mode if a wrong authorization code is entered.
Steps for installing SwarShala from CD-ROM (packaged version)
When you place SwarShala CD-ROM in CD-ROM drive, the AutoPlay feature launches the installation screen. Press Install to continue with the installation. In case if AutoPlay feature is disabled on your computer, run the setup.exe file from SwarShala CD-ROM
All the necessary folders and directories will be automatically installed
After the installation is complete, launch SwarShala. The following 'Unlock SwarShala' screen comes up.
Make sure that you have the floppy dongle inserted in the floppy drive and choose "License through floppy" option.
Software reads the key from the floppy disc and authorizes you to use it.
Steps for installing SwarShala from downloaded version.
· Run the setup.exe file.
· All the necessary files and folders will be automatically installed.
· After installation is complete, launch SwarShala and choose 'License through Code' option from 'Unlock SwarShala' screen that comes up. The following 'Unlock by Code' screen comes up. Note down the 10 digit computer id thats shown there and send it to registration@swarsystems.com. You'll be sent the Unlock Code immediately. Once you get the Unlock Code from Swar Systems, follow the same process as above and this time, enter the unlock code by clicking on 'Enter Code'.
