In some of the cases, re-installing SwarShala or re-installing Windows may change the computer-id, in which case, the unlock code that you earlier had may not work. Unlock code is computed on the basis of computer-id ( a 10 digit number) that is generated by SwarShala’s security mechanism and is different for every computer.
You can request a new unlock code from support@swarsystems.com by sending the new computer id.
