Garba is a famous dance form from Gujrat. Traditionally a religious dance performed in honour of Mother Earth, it is nonetheless also fun and interactive. Garba is performed by a group of women who dance in a circular pattern and clap their hands. Sometimes sticks replace claps, in which case it is called as Dandiya.
