Open multiple bases

According to Microsoft's terminology, SwarShala is a Multiple Document Interface, which means that you can open several documents (in our case bases) at the same time. If your sound card supports DirectX (most do), you can even play all those bases together and the software will mix all the sounds harmoniously. For instance, if you are practicing an instrument, you can have SwarShala to play you the tabla AND tanpura background. If that's not sufficient (fussy you!) you can have different drums play their own theka together through the Synchronize feature.:
